All aerial drone photography and video services are performed by FAA-licensed drone operators, in full compliance with federal regulations. Before every shoot, our team evaluates site conditions to identify any potential safety concerns. This includes reviewing weather conditions, airspace restrictions, proximity to airports, and other environmental or regulatory factors that may affect the job. If conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant, we reserve the right to delay or decline service to protect our team, clients, and the public. In the event that any provision of our service agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Any revisions will be made only to the extent necessary to ensure enforceability.
